What you get in the app

• Order from a PDF You upload the PDF and AI fills in the customer, the loading and unloading addresses and the goods. You only check it.
• Status from the driver Loading, unloading and delivery are reported by the driver from the app. No need to call and ask where the truck is.
• Prices for finance only Amounts and margins are visible only to a colleague you gave the finance permission. Everyone else sees the shipment without the figures.
• Chat on the shipment What you agreed with the carrier stays with the shipment, not in e-mails and phone calls. A colleague who was not there will find it too.
• PDF and e-mail in one click You generate the order for the carrier as a PDF and e-mail it straight from the table, in the recipient’s language.
• Dashboard and margin The dashboard shows orders, revenue, costs and margin for the month. Whoever lacks the finance permission sees counts only.

Three steps from registration to the first shipment

1. Register the forwarding company You enter the VAT number and the company details. We vet the company within 24 hours and after approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in.
2. Invite the dispatchers Everyone gets an e-mail invitation and a role. You grant the right to see prices only to those who need it.
3. Upload an order from a PDF AI fills it in, you check it and send it to the carrier. The driver then reports the status.

We vet every company within 24 hours

• Vetted companies A new company gets onto the platform only after it has been vetted — within 24 hours, for the safety of your goods. We check VAT numbers in VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies.
• Ratings and partner list After a deal on the exchange, the companies rate each other. You keep your own list of preferred and blocked partners and the system flags them for you.
• Data protection The DPA and the Privacy Policy are in the footer. The right to see prices and money is granted person by person.

What freight forwarders ask

• Do we have to retype orders by hand? No. You upload the PDF and AI fills in the customer, the loading and unloading addresses and the goods. You check it and save.
• How do I invite a colleague and how a driver? A colleague gets an e-mail invitation from Team. A driver gets a sign-in link valid for 72 hours, or a one-time six-digit code valid for 6 hours with five attempts.
• Will everyone in the team see prices? No. Amounts are visible only to the person you gave the finance permission. Everyone else sees the shipment without the figures and can keep working with it.
• How much does it cost? 14 days free, no payment card. Then €30 per month for the first user and €10 for every additional one. You do not pay for drivers. The freight exchange is in testing and free of charge until 31 December 2026.
• Can the AI handle orders in a foreign language? Yes. It reads PDFs in Slovak, Czech, Polish, German, English and Romanian. With an unusual layout you check the fields it filled in.
• How do we work with a carrier who does not use AESA? You send the order as a PDF by e-mail. You give the carrier’s driver a six-digit code — statuses and position arrive without the carrier registering.
• Who owns the data and who sees prices? Orders and documents belong to your company; AESA is the provider. You grant the right to see prices person by person and export your data at any time.
