What you get in the app
- Order from a PDF You upload the PDF and Aesa fills in the customer, the loading and unloading addresses and the goods. You only check it.
- Status from the driver Loading, unloading and delivery are reported by the driver from the app. No need to call and ask where the truck is.
- Prices for finance only Amounts and margins are visible only to a colleague you gave the finance permission. Everyone else sees the shipment without the figures.
- Chat on the shipment What you agreed with the carrier stays with the shipment, not in e-mails and phone calls. A colleague who was not there will find it too.
- PDF and e-mail in one click You generate the order for the carrier as a PDF and e-mail it straight from the table, in the recipient’s language.
- Dashboard and margin The dashboard shows orders, revenue, costs and margin for the month. Whoever lacks the finance permission sees counts only.
Three steps from registration to the first shipment
- Register the forwarding company You enter the VAT number and the company details. We verify the company and after approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in.
- Invite the dispatchers Everyone gets an e-mail invitation and a role. You grant the right to see prices only to those who need it.
- Upload an order from a PDF Aesa reads it, you check it and send it to the carrier. The statuses then come from the driver.

You know who you are dealing with
- Verified companies VAT numbers against VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies. You check a partner before the first order.
- Ratings and blacklist What other companies experienced is visible next to the company, not in an e-mail. A risky company comes with a warning.
- Data protection The DPA and the Privacy Policy are in the footer. The right to see prices and money is granted person by person.

€30 per month for the first user · admin included; €10 for every additional user. Monthly, no commitment. A driver does not take a seat — you pay only for the people in the office.
What freight forwarders ask
- Do we have to retype orders by hand? No. You upload the PDF and Aesa reads the customer, the loading and unloading addresses and the goods from it. You check it and save.
- How do I invite a colleague and how a driver? A colleague gets an e-mail invitation from Team. A driver gets a sign-in link valid for 72 hours, or a one-time six-digit code valid for 6 hours with five attempts.
- Will everyone in the team see prices? No. Amounts are visible only to the person you gave the finance permission. Everyone else sees the shipment without the figures and can keep working with it.
- How much does it cost? 14 days free, no payment card. Then €30 per month for the first user and €10 for every additional one. A driver does not take a seat. The freight exchange is free of charge until 31 December 2026.
- Can Aesa handle orders in a foreign language? Yes. It reads PDFs in Slovak, Czech, Polish, German, English and Romanian. With an unusual layout you check the fields it filled in.
- How do we work with a carrier who does not use AESA? You send the order as a PDF by e-mail. You give the carrier’s driver a six-digit code — statuses and position arrive without the carrier registering.
- Who owns the data and who sees prices? Orders and documents belong to your company; AESA is the provider. You grant the right to see prices person by person and export your data at any time.
