• AI fills in the order from a PDF You upload a PDF and AI fills in the customer, the loading and unloading addresses and the goods. You check and save. Status, places and profit then sit in one table.
• Partners checked up front We vet every company on the platform within 24 hours. The VAT number is checked in VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies. Flag a company you had a bad experience with and the system warns you.
• Connect the driver with one code The driver connects with a six-digit code in the AESA Drive app. Loading, unloading and delivery are reported from the phone and you see the position in Live orders.
• A clear price €30 a month, every additional colleague €10. You do not pay for drivers. 14 days free, no payment card and no commitment.

Three steps from registration to the first shipment

1. Register your company You enter the VAT number and the company details; it takes a few minutes. We vet the company within 24 hours and after approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in.
2. Invite colleagues and drivers A colleague gets an e-mail invitation and a role. A driver gets a six-digit code and signs in to the AESA Drive app — no registration.
3. Upload the first order You upload the customer’s PDF and AI fills in the order. You send it to a carrier or a driver and follow the status in Live orders.

We vet every company within 24 hours

• Vetted companies A new company gets onto the platform only after it has been vetted — within 24 hours, for the safety of your goods. We check VAT numbers in VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies.
• Ratings and partner list After a deal on the exchange, the companies rate each other. You keep your own list of preferred and blocked partners and the system flags them for you.
• Data protection The DPA and the Privacy Policy are in the footer. The right to see prices and money is granted person by person.

• What is AESA Core TMS? A transport system for freight forwarders, manufacturers and carriers: orders, shipment tracking, a freight exchange between vetted companies and apps for the dispatcher and the driver. The Aesa assistant in the app shows you how things work. It runs in the browser, nothing to install.
• Who is the platform for? For freight forwarders with 3 to 20 dispatchers, carriers with 5 to 40 vehicles and manufacturers with their own logistics. Each area has its own page with what it gets.
• How much does it cost? 14 days free, no payment card. Then €30 a month for the first user and €10 for every additional one. You do not pay for drivers. The freight exchange is free of charge until 31 December 2026. The Aesa assistant includes a basic monthly allowance for every verified company.
• How fast do we start? Registration takes a few minutes. We vet every company within 24 hours — for the safety of your goods. After approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in and can upload the first order from a PDF right away.
• Do we have to buy GPS units? No. The position comes from the driver’s phone in the AESA Drive app: it is shared while the driver has “Online” switched on, and it switches on automatically during an assigned transport. Once the transport ends, the app goes back to the driver’s setting.
• Which languages does the platform work in? Slovak, Czech, Polish, German, English and Romanian. AI reads orders from PDFs in these languages and the chat translates messages between companies.
• Who owns the shipment data? Your company. Orders and documents belong to you; AESA is the provider. You export your data at any time and after termination you have 30 days to export.
