What you get in the app

• Loads only for your carriers You send the shipment to one carrier, a group of selected companies (1–20) or the public exchange. The offers come to you.
• Verified partner The VAT number is checked against VIES and the company is looked up in a register of more than 100,000 companies.
• Rating and partner list You rate the carrier after a deal on the exchange. You keep your own list of preferred and blocked carriers and the system flags them for you.
• Vetted partners Carriers that work well for you stay in one place, together with their documents and contacts.
• Shipment status without a call The driver reports the status from the app and you see the position during the shipment. You send colleagues a tracking link.
• Partner documents on the card The carrier’s insurance, licence and contract sit on its card, not in e-mails.

Three steps from registration to the first shipment

1. Register your company You enter the VAT number and the company details. We vet the company within 24 hours and after approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in.
2. Enter a shipment What is moved, from where and to where. You send it to a carrier you work with, to selected companies or to the exchange — the offers come to you.
3. Follow and rate The driver reports the status from the app. After the shipment you rate the carrier and a vetted carrier stays in your list.

We vet every company within 24 hours

• Vetted companies A new company gets onto the platform only after it has been vetted — within 24 hours, for the safety of your goods. We check VAT numbers in VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies.
• Ratings and partner list After a deal on the exchange, the companies rate each other. You keep your own list of preferred and blocked partners and the system flags them for you.
• Data protection The DPA and the Privacy Policy are in the footer. The right to see prices and money is granted person by person.

• You invite the carriers you work with and give your first shipments only to them.
• You verify carriers against the VAT number and the company register before you entrust them with goods.

What manufacturers ask

• How do I order a shipment? You enter what is being moved and from where to where. Then you send it to a carrier you work with, only to selected companies, or put it on the exchange and wait for offers.
• How do I know the carrier is a real company? We vet every company on the platform within 24 hours. The VAT number is checked against VIES and the company is looked up in a register of more than 100,000 companies. After a deal on the exchange you see the company’s rating.
• Where do I see where the shipment is? The status is reported by the driver from the app and the position comes from the driver's phone — while the driver has “Online” switched on and automatically during an assigned transport. You do not have to buy GPS units.
• How much does it cost? 14 days free, no payment card. Then €30 per month for the first user and €10 for every additional one. You do not pay for drivers. The freight exchange is in testing and free of charge until 31 December 2026.
• Does my carrier have to be on AESA? No. You send the order as a PDF by e-mail. If the carrier’s driver uses the six-digit code, you see the status and the position — the carrier does not have to register.
• How does the freight exchange work? You enter a shipment with the loading and unloading towns, companies make offers and you accept one. The agreement becomes an order. The exact address is not shown in the public offer, only the town. The freight exchange is in testing and free of charge until 31 December 2026.
• Who owns the data about my shipments? Your company. AESA is the platform provider. You export your data at any time.
