Three steps from registration to the first shipment

1. Register the carrier You enter the VAT number and the company details. We vet the company within 24 hours and after approval you get an e-mail with your sign-in.
2. Connect the drivers Every driver gets a six-digit code and signs in to AESA Drive. Vehicles and drivers sit in one record.
3. Follow shipments in Live The driver reports the status from the phone, the position records itself. You send the customer a tracking link.

We vet every company within 24 hours

• Vetted companies A new company gets onto the platform only after it has been vetted — within 24 hours, for the safety of your goods. We check VAT numbers in VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies.
• Ratings and partner list After a deal on the exchange, the companies rate each other. You keep your own list of preferred and blocked partners and the system flags them for you.
• Data protection The DPA and the Privacy Policy are in the footer. The right to see prices and money is granted person by person.

What carriers ask

• How does a driver get into the app? In two ways, both start with you on the web: an e-mail invitation with a sign-in link valid for 72 hours, or a one-time six-digit pairing code valid for 6 hours with five attempts. The driver never registers alone.
• Do I have to buy GPS units? No. The position comes from the driver's phone. It is shared while the driver has “Online” switched on and switches on automatically during an assigned transport; once it ends, the app goes back to the driver’s setting.
• How much does it cost? 14 days free, no payment card. Then €30 per month for the first user and €10 for every additional one. You do not pay for drivers. The freight exchange is in testing and free of charge until 31 December 2026.
• How do I check the forwarder who sends me an order? We vet every company on the platform within 24 hours. The VAT number is checked against VIES and a register of more than 100,000 companies. After a deal on the exchange you see the company’s rating, and you flag companies you had a bad experience with.
• Does the driver need training? No. The driver sees one trip, the loading and unloading addresses and a status button. Location sharing turns on with one switch and the app tells the driver when it is on.
• Does the driver see prices? No. The driver sees only the trip, the places and the instructions. In the office, prices are visible only to a colleague with the finance permission.
• How does the freight exchange help me? On the exchange you see loads from vetted companies, including private offers just for you, and make an offer. An agreement becomes an order, and a completed deal ends with a mutual rating. The freight exchange is in testing and free of charge until 31 December 2026.
